Our current Broker-Dealer, MTL Equity Products, through which we offer securities products, has been purchased by. Brooklight Place Securities, Inc. As of March 1, 2013, we will offer securities products through Brooklight Place Securities, Inc., a registered broker-dealer and a member of FINRA and SIPC. We are excited about this change because we have had a business relationship with the owner of Brooklight Place Securities for many years when he was corporate counsel for MTL Insurance Company and when he was the president of MTL Equity Products Inc. He was a very important contributor to our company’s development as we grew in our early years. He was also instrumental in the formation and development of our registered investment advisor, Matrix Advisories Inc.

We have been in contact with Brooklight Place Securities’ management during the transition process. The company’s focus will be high quality customer service and convenient access to a wide variety of investment products to offer you greater solutions to satisfy your current and future needs.

Once the sale is complete, current securities clients will not need to complete any additional paperwork. All of your investments and account numbers will remain the same.
